Why is this Different?
We don't just start by asking what are your goals for the year...we enter the work by looking at what's stopped you before. Then we energetically reset five core life areas that support your emotional and spiritual health; and we create intentions and affirmations to replace what wasn't working with the positive thoughts and ways of being that align you with your desires, dreams and goals for the year. It's also different because we give you the right tools for the job to then activate your goals. Your healthy intentions wil be clear, and your life will energetically and spirtually support your goals.
We use a modern mind map for global goals in five areas for 2017.
We create one affirmation in each area, to support intentions in alignment with achieving our 2017 goals in the five areas.
We use actual ancient rituals to transform our intentions into action steps to achieve our goals.
Why do we use Rituals?
Ritual is HOT right now...
...and we use actual indigenous rituals in the ancient wisdom school that Susan was trained and initiated into. The same ones that have been healing us for thousands of years.
We want to share these actual rituals that create specific shifts in five core transformational areas that will help you develop, affirm and activate the intentions that will support what to support what you really want to manifest this year.
What are the Five Core Areas?
We will introduce you to five ancient indigenous elements and work in five corresponding modern areas of personal development and self-discovery that keep your energy, goals and HIGHEST self in alignment.
This lets you work smarter NOT harder, to focus your work, to achieve the results you need.
How can you apply this to YOUR life?
Going forward, once you learn the qualities of the elements/areas; you can create a life practice that affirms daily/weekly intentions that support your emotional and spiritual health in each area, and the actions that help you continue to achieve your goals. (With the BIG goal being life mastery!)
It could look something like this:
Today/this week I’m going to -CONNECT- to Source with a guided meditation, check in with my feelings -FLOW- so I’m not burying them and creating a toxic environment, I’m going to pay attention yo any negative self talk so I can stay -GROUNDED-, I'm going to ask myself -EXCAVATE- if I’m reacting to a situation because I have a story around it, and, I'm going to complete ONE action item to help me with -MANIFESTING- x in my life by x day.
And the next day/week it could be:
I’m going to -CONNECT- in, to work on making ONE decision with velocity, I'm going to create a boundary in this relationship -FLOW- for my emotional health, my Highest self-care activity today will be to walk in nature at lunch to -GROUND- my day, I'll notice a trigger and write it down -EXCAVATE-, and I'll do something that inspires me MANIFEST- that isn’t connected to an outcome. That’s being healthy as a way of life…and you can keep doing that all year with what we will teach you in this course.
Pre-Week: Before the course, you will receive your Mind Map. Start filling in the global goals you want to achieve in each area for the year.
Learn about the characteristics of the FIRE element and what energetic shifts it can create in the area of your passion, purpose and vision, by supporting your internal intuition, strengthens your connection to external signs and guidance, and helping you decision making skills.
Create one global affirmation that supports reaching your Mind Map goals in this -CONNECT- area, and participate in a LIVE group FIRE ritual with Susan at the end of the week to create the shift in your life that takes your intention into action.
Learn about the characteristics of the WATER element and what energetic shifts it can create in the area of your emotions and feelings, by learning to feel your feelings in a healthy way, creating boundaries that support healthy living and relationships, and to remove obstacles so your emotional life isn't stagnant or toxic.
Create one global affirmation that supports reaching your Mind Map goals in this -FLOW- area, and participate in a LIVE group WATER ritual with Susan at the end of the week to create the shift in your life that takes your intention into action.
