Mineral Ritual

  • Lanesville Community Center 8 Vulcan Street Gloucester, MA, 01930 United States (map)

Cape Ann Village is pleased to offer a Mineral Ritual with Susan Hough, a keeper of the traditional rituals of Sobonfu Somé, on Saturday, October 19th, 2019 at the Lanesville Community Center, 8 Vulcan Street in Gloucester MA.

In the West African tradition of Burkina Faso, each calendar year aligns with an element of the medicine wheel. 2019 is a Mineral year, embodying the elemental energy that invites us to remember who we are, why we are here, and what purpose we have come to fulfill in this lifetime.

During this day-long workshop, you will:
- explore past patterns and stories that no longer serve you
- set intentions for new possibility, new growth and new happiness
- create the opportunity for your life to become more fully aligned with your true journey
- discover ways to bring forth your most meaningful gifts to the world and be supported and celebrated in this

Ritual creates community and intimacy, inviting Spirit to nourish us during the process and help us achieve a lasting sense of harmony. As a result, we regain connectedness with ourselves and with Spirit. In the Dagara tradition, Susan offers participants a transformative and impactful experience.

We welcome you to join us for this workshop on beautiful, historic Cape Ann.
